To better reflect the caliber of their UHNW clientele, Bitterroot Capital Advisors (BCA) engaged in a comprehensive brand and digital refresh. The objective was to elevate the firm’s presence across all touchpoints—moving away from a modest one-page site and underdeveloped visual identity to a polished, strategic brand system designed for long-term growth.
A foundational brand strategy session—led by a partner marketing strategist—helped clarify the firm’s vision, articulate its core values, and shape a concise, compelling tagline.
This strategic groundwork set the stage for all subsequent creative development.
Bitterroot was repositioned as more than just a financial advisory firm—it became a trusted partner for clients navigating complex transitions such as liquidity events, intergenerational wealth transfer, and family office structuring.
This refined market position was embedded in both the language and visual hierarchy across the new brand system.
Messaging was crafted to communicate authority, clarity, and discretion—hallmarks of BCA’s service to ultra-affluent families and founders.
The voice strikes a balance between professional and approachable, reinforcing the firm’s reputation for offering "unconditional advice" rooted in trust, independence, and deep financial expertise.
The brand’s visual system was modernized to reflect the understated sophistication expected by UHNW clients.
An expanded color palette, contemporary serif and sans-serif typefaces, and a minimalist graphic system brought elegance and structure to all branded materials. The updated logo and design system were implemented across all platforms, and a brand book was developed to ensure long-term consistency.
Professionally designed templates—including client introduction decks and quarterly market reports—were also created, enabling the BCA team to present complex information in a clean, confident, and client-focused format.
The firm’s digital presence was fully rebuilt from the ground up. What began as a basic one-page site evolved into a multi-page, editorial-style platform.
The new website highlights Bitterroot’s suite of services—including wealth management, family office advisory, and exit planning—while providing clients with access to regularly updated thought leadership pieces, white papers, and quarterly commentaries.
Built on a private and fully managed WordPress environment, the site maintains 100% uptime and robust security protocols, with continuous updates and performance optimization.
